SISU teacher donate books to Institute of China Studies

 
The set of books donated by SISU’s School of Russian and Eurasian Studies and Center for Russian Studies to Institute of Chinese Studies.


Zhang Zili, dean of School of Russian and Eurasian Studies at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) and executive deputy director of SISU’s Center for Russian Studies, held a brief book donation ceremony at Institute of Chinese Studies on November 27th. 

This set of 7 books, which is written by the famous contemporary Russian Sinologist Vladimir Stepanovich Myasnikov, represents the highest achievement of China studies in Russian contemporary academia. Zhang bought this set of books for the Institute on his visit to Russia. Professor Wang Ning, director of Center for Russian Studies, also attended ceremony. 

Professor Wu Xinbo, director of Institute of China Studies, discussed with Wang and Zhang about the cooperation between the Institute and the Center after the ceremony. 

This is the third set of valuable donation books that Institute of China Studies has received after the ones donated by Professor Hu Lizhong and Shanghai Education Press. 

The set of books was donated by SISU’s School of Russian and Eurasian Studies and Center for Russian Studies to Institute of China Studies.
