On September 28, a delegation under the leadership of Prof. F. King Alexander, President of California State University, Long Beach visited SISU, and were greeted by Prof. Zhou Cheng, Vice President of SISU. Institutional agreement on student and faculty exchange was signed, in which both parties agreed on furthering mutual relationship, diversifying ways of cooperation in educational programs and enhancing mutual exchange among students, faculty and staff.
