Speaker Biography: Professor Liu Hong is Chair of School of Humanities and Sciences and Graduate School of Public Administration at Nangyang Technological University, Singapore. He once was a professor of the Department of East Asian Studies at University of Manchester and one of the academic advisers of University of Edinburgh and London School of Economics and Political Science. He also served a consultant expert of Overseas Chinese Affairs Office in China’s State Council.
