Speaker Biography: Professor Zheng Shaohua, assistant principal and vice-president of Department of Graduate of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, once directed the project of national social science fund and scientific research project of the Department of Justice. Zheng has published more than ten individual monographs and more than one hundred academic paper.
