- Overseas Doctor's degree with major in Public Relations or majors related

- Over 5 years’ Public Relations teaching experience at the Universities overseas or in Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan

- Associate professors above only

l  Can teach at least a semester or one academic year

l  Mainly responsible for the courses as follows:

- Public Relations Theory and Research Methodsgraduate course;
